“The Village Voice” interviewed a guy who lives in an apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan that’s only a hundred square feet . . . and he still pays $1,100 a MONTH for it.
The main room is 11-by-7 . . . one corner is taken up by a shower . . . and there’s a tiny bathroom that barely fits a toilet. But he’s in his 20s, and it’s a five-minute walk from his job, so he says it’s worth it.
